Innmeldingsskjema (enrollment form) Cut and paste into a mail
Utmeldingsskjema (withdrawal form) Cut and paste into a mail. Note that if a student is going to request a leave from the orchestra or withdrawal from the orchestra, notice must be given by using this form. Deadlines are: December 1st for spring semester and June 1st for autumn semester.

Terminlister (Schedule) Detailed information about rehearsals, concerts, and seminars. Dates of when you hav the «Foreldrevakt» role (Parent Assistant) to the conductor.
Foreldrevaktenes oppgaver (Responsibilities for the Parent Assistant to the conductor). Important to read and understand. i.e. Parent Assistants are to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of rehearsal or event and are to be present during the rehearsal. They are also responsible for bringing and setting up a snack for the break during the rehearsal. Please speak to another parent for more details.
